Delivery in the UAE
Flat AED 14 on all orders up to 5 kg across the UAE within city limits. Flat AED 35 for remote areas. Most orders dispatch within 1 to 4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
You receive a confirmation on email and phone, then a tracking link in My Orders. Updates can also come to WhatsApp.
International with DHL Express
Every international order ships DHL Express from Dubai: 2 to 3 days across the GCC, 3 to 5 days to Europe, the UK, India and Asia, 4 to 6 days to the Americas, Africa and Australia. Rates and duties are shown before you pay.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Email the house with your order number.
Returns & exchanges
For hygiene and safety, beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Raise it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video, unused and in original packaging. Once verified, we arrange a replacement or refund. Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. This policy follows UAE Consumer Protection Law and Dubai DET guidelines.
Caring for your brushes
Wash face brushes weekly and eye brushes every few days in lukewarm water with a gentle cleanser. Reshape the head, lay flat to dry with the bristles over the edge of a counter, and never stand a wet brush upright.
